TURNAMAT is the economic solution for deburring bent tubes, complex profile shapes and workpieces high in weight or burrs. Deburring typically only takes three seconds. The markedly robust machines simultaneously deburr inside and outside edges without manually turning the workpieces. With manual workpiece feeding this means: shorter set-up times!

In addition to the typical rotation the radial brush also performs a second rotation: the entire drive unit rotates. Inner and outer edges are machined evenly.

TURNAMAT for symmetrical workpieces can be changed to a different workpiece diameter within seconds using a lever. CE certification proves the high safety standard. Asymmetrical workpieces can be safely deburred on the TURNAMAT. Profiles are fed through a precisely fitted front plate which can easily be changed without tools.
