MICRODAKO IS A FULLY MOTORIZED HARDNESS TESTING MACHINE WHICH DETERMINATE THE HARDNESS OF THERMOPLASTIC, RUBBER AND VULCANIZED RUBBER SAMPLES, IN ACCORDANCE TO STANDARDIZED METHODS IRHD AND SHORE. (HIGH-DEFINITION OF 0.01 IRHD)

Thanks to the motorized turret, the motorized Z axis, the automatic loading and the control by PC, the only manual intervention by the operator is the load of the sample on the working base of the hardness tester.
Load forces are easily selected from the PC and are automatically applyed trough load cells elecronically controlled in Closed Loop. (Pat. AFFRI)
MICRODAKO is equipped with a touchscreen PC support and a powerful software to control the entire instrument: from the configuration of the test, to the complete management of statistics. MICRODAKO can be configured with a wide range of accessories according to customer requirements.

FULLY AUTOMATIC CYCLE:
Just push the start button and the instrument will perform the testing cycle in automatic succession without breaching a phase:
1. Approach and contact with the sample (from 150 to 0 mm)
2. Clamping of the sample
3. Execution of measurement
4. Release of the sample
5. Transmission and display of test data

AUTOMATIC CONTACT
Motorized Z axis with Closed Loop load cell. Fully automatic, the test is not affected by operator in uences and can easily be used by operators of entry level.
MOTORIZED TURRET
To change the testing method just spin the turret and bring the desired probe in front of the operator. The position will be automatically recognised by the computer.
LASER
Laser pointing system (Pat. AFFRI). Allows for a precise test position pointing before the contact between the indenter and the sample.
