Model series 105

The model TesT 105 is a very robust electromotive operated load frame that offers all well-proven qualities of TesT load frames at a remunerative price. By means of a digital potentiometer, reproducible speeds can be adjusted and simple testing functions can be carried out fast and efficiently. The model TesT 105 is easy to handle and is thus the perfect load frame for production control procedures or for goods receipt inspections. A large range of accessory is available for various testing tasks.

The user of load frames is bound to develop a hazard analysis. If the type of application or the type of sample poses a risk to the user a safety device might be required – in particular for the electromotive operated load frames of model series TesT 103 and 105. Suitable to the hazard we are to your disposal to develop a proposal and a quotation.

In combination with force gauges with internal or external sensors, TesT testing frames become fully-fl edged testing machines. They allow reliable detection of forces and displacements (optionally) or torques and angles (optionally) when examining materials and components. They are designed to be used for force ranges up to 5000 Newton. Potential applications include, for example, incoming / outgoing goods inspection and occa-sional quality control in production. These instruments are used in research as well. In particular, actuation forces and strengths of components and devices such as springs, buttons, switches, levers, locks, etc., are measured.
